Fitness Desert Yoga Studio
A couple weeks ago, I was stuck in a workout rut. My typical trip to the gym consisted of whatever cardio machine was available, a couple sets of crunches and whatever weight machine didn’t make me look like I was struggling. I was bored. I grabbed a schedule of “alternative” group classes and decided against the abs class (didn’t you need abs for that?), and spinning sounded like a carnival ride for teenagers with stomachs of steel. So, I decided to take up yoga.
