Parenting Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees Teaching Your Children the Value of Money
If you ask any 4-year-old where money comes from, they’ll probably say “Mommy’s wallet,” or “That plastic card,” or even “Trees.” To children, money is just another thing. They want to play all the games at Chuckie Cheese in order to win a rubber snake – money has them covered. A trip to Disney Land? Sure, why not, money is their friend. What they don’t understand is the value of money – that money earned can be money spent, but spent money never comes back again.
