Marci Dickerson
The New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum is a nice place to go during the day. It is air conditioned and has great food. You may even be able to catch a glimpse of Marci Dickerson of Dickerson Catering Services running to and from meetings. This is where I sat down and talked with Marci about her role as a “mover and shaker” in Las Cruces, her love for the Southwest, and her reputation as a fierce businesswoman who is always willing to help.
